The Empress Rewards program has four levels that offer increasing rewards and perks. Your level is determined by the points you earn within a 12-month calendar year (January 1 - December 31). To move up to a higher level, you must earn the required points within this period.

• Level 1: 0-874 points
• Level 2: 875-1999 points
• Level 3: 2000-4999 points
• Level 4: 5000+ points

Once you reach a level, you'll keep that status for the rest of the calendar year and all of the following year. However, to maintain your level or move up, you'll need to earn the minimum number of points for that level each calendar year. If you don’t earn enough points within a 12-month period, you will move down one level.

For example, if you reach Level 3 by earning 2000 points this year, you’ll stay at that level for the rest of the year and all of next year. But if you don’t earn 2000 points again by the end of next year, you’ll be downgraded to Level 2.

If you’re currently in Level 2 or higher based on points earned before September 27, 2024, unfortunately, you won’t receive a gift card for that level, as gift cards are only awarded when you level up after the launch of the VIP program on that date. This means that gift cards are not backdated.

For Empress VIP members (Level 4) who cannot level up further, we’ve manually issued a gift card to recognize your loyalty. You should have already received this via email.

Once you move up to a new tier, you will receive an email confirming your new status, followed by a separate email with your gift card details.
